Instructional design

Our instructional design practice covers all aspects of instructional design from needs analysis to evaluation. The design process begins by asking:

who is the target audience?
what knowledge do learners need to retain?
what skills must learners be ready to apply back at the job?
what content already exists?

Once these questions are answered and learning objectives are created, we can begin to develop an experience that will inspire change and call learners to action.

Consulting

Our consulting practice works with organizations and their Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to discuss and review learning materials and plans to provide feedback, strategy, and advice. Let us help:

map company competencies to the learning strategy
build a curriculum to ensure continuous learning throughout an employee's career
review work processes to identify gaps in knowledge and consistency
document policy, process, and procedure in a clear and effective manner
identify ways to build a learning culture

Coaching 1:1

Perhaps you are a solo-entrepreneur and are good at what you do, but want a second pair of eyes to review, verify and/or confirm that your content is the best to meet your goal.
